We do not accept returns of any merchandise after delivery. Refunds or replacements will be sent out in case a package is not delivered or package is damaged due to postal carrier error only. Pictures of delivered damaged item is required before replacements or refunds will be processed. Please ensure you have the correct address attached on your order. Refunds or returns will not be processed if the incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped. We start to pack and prepare for shipment right away with each in coming order so please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order if the address needs to be updated or changed. We cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided by customer and we cannot guarantee a change of address once the package has been sent out to the postal facilities.
